A picture is worth a thousand… likes on Facebook

You must have noticed the “What my friends think I do…?” – funny pictures that started circulate the Internet recently, describing all kinds of professions or other things? Well we made this one!

Off course, we described the stereotypes we stumbled upon in different situations during our work. Obviously, we did a good job – very meny people recognized themselves in our depiction of the NGO world. In less than one week, our picture gained almost 2000 Facebook “likes” and 3000 “shares”, reaching at one point more then 65000 people (!!!).

The pile of Facebook comments on our post were constantly rising. People from, among others, Sweden, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Greece, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, India, Hong-Kong, Malesia, China, Mexico, etc commented the picture, and shared it further to their networks. Some even borrowed it and used on their home pages.

In the end of the day, thanks to this, our Facebook page earned 300 new followers. Nice!

Oh, by the way, did you liked our picture? Do it here. And don’t forget to like our Facebook page while you are there!
