25 participants from 17 countries gathered in Heppenheim Germany for the training-course on Education on the Roma Holocaust, Resistance and Remembrance. The event was organized by the Documentation and Cultural Centre of German Sinti and Roma, Tom Lantos Institute, ternYpe International Roma Youth Network, and other partners.
The conference 15 -17 February 2016 in Lucerne, Switzerland was the concluding event of IHRA‘s Education Research Project with aim to provide an overview and a mapping of knowledge coming out of empirical research studies about teaching and learning about the Holocaust.
In cooperation with the National Library of Serbia, Terraforming hosted a round-table debate in Belgrade: Teaching about the Holocaust – Why? What? How?
Main speaker was Dr Chava Baruch, from the European Department of Yad Vashem’s International School of Holocaust Studies.
