In cooperation between Yad Vashem International School for Holocaust Studies, Yad Vashem Libraries, Yad Vashem Archive, and Terraforming, a training for archivists and librarians from Serbia was organized in Yad Vashem between 4-11 December 2018.
An essay by Misko Stanisic about gender perspectives in teaching and learning about the Holocaust presented during the ODIHR forum “Gender and Intersectional Activism”, 21-23 June 2017 in Barcelona.
Supported by OSCE/ODIHR in the frames of the programme “Turning Words Into Action to Address Antisemitism”, Terraforming created educational material “Ester” based on graphic novels about young Jewish victims of the concentration camp at Sajmiste in Belgrade.

Using new-media technologies and graphic novel-style illustrations, supported by OSCE/ODIHR in the frames of the programme “Turning Words Into Action to Address Antisemitism” and leaning on the outcomes of the Historical Archives of Belgrade’s project “Escalating into Holocaust”, Terraforming gathered an international team to create educational materials based on personal stories of young victims from Belgrade, Nis and Zrenjanin murdered at the concentration camp at Sajmiste.
An international workshop organized by Terraforming took place on Friday 22. April 2016, 15:30-18:30 at the Historical Archives of Belgrade. The workshop was a part of a three-day event in Belgrade 20-22 April 2016 in the frames of the project Escalating Into Holocaust – From Execution Squads To The Gas Van Of The Concentration Camp At Sajmište: Two Defining Phases Of The Holocaust In Serbia.
25 participants from 17 countries gathered in Heppenheim Germany for the training-course on Education on the Roma Holocaust, Resistance and Remembrance. The event was organized by the Documentation and Cultural Centre of German Sinti and Roma, Tom Lantos Institute, ternYpe International Roma Youth Network, and other partners.
The conference 15 -17 February 2016 in Lucerne, Switzerland was the concluding event of IHRA‘s Education Research Project with aim to provide an overview and a mapping of knowledge coming out of empirical research studies about teaching and learning about the Holocaust.
