We are looking for a colleague who will help us successfully develop and implement international projects in the field of memory culture, education, and human rights.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in a dynamic, creative, and international environment.<\/li>\n<li>Option to work from the office in Novi Sad or remotely (with mandatory attendance at team meetings 1-2 times per week).<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours (core hours 10:00-16:00, with agreed adjustments for evening or weekend events).<\/li>\n<li>Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.<\/li>\n<li>Salary negotiable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Be<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in developing project ideas and writing grant applications.<\/li>\n<li>Leading and coordinating projects in all phases: planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Managing budgets, monitoring finances, and preparing financial and narrative reports.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing events (conferences, seminars, public forums, exhibitions, publication production, video and audio content, etc.) in Serbia and across Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Communication and coordination with partners, external collaborators, and our team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Humanistic and Democratic Values<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is very important to us that we share a common worldview and values.
