Project Manager
Terraforming organization (www.terraforming.org) from Novi Sad is announcing a position for a Project Manager. We are looking for a colleague who will help us successfully develop and implement international projects in the field of memory culture, education, and human rights.
What We Offer

- Option to work from the office in Novi Sad or remotely (with mandatory attendance at team meetings 1-2 times per week).
- Flexible working hours (core hours 10:00-16:00, with agreed adjustments for evening or weekend events).

Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Participating in developing project ideas and writing grant applications.
- Leading and coordinating projects in all phases: planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Managing budgets, monitoring finances, and preparing financial and narrative reports.
- Organizing events (conferences, seminars, public forums, exhibitions, publication production, video and audio content, etc.) in Serbia and across Europe.
- Communication and coordination with partners, external collaborators, and our team members.

What We Expect from You
- Excellent skills in English and Serbian language.
- Education in organizational sciences, production, management, or relevant experience in project management in the civil sector.
- Precise planning and responsible monitoring of deadlines and budgets.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate in a small, flexible team.
- Preferred, but not required: Knowledge of our focus areas (Holocaust, Samudaripen, combating antisemitism, antigypsyism, xenophobia, racism, as well as issues related to memory culture).

Communications Manager
Terraforming (www.terraforming.org) is seeking a colleague to lead communications and public information about our projects and activities in Serbia and internationally (memory culture: Holocaust, Samudaripen, combating antisemitism, antigypsyism, and other forms of xenophobia and racism).
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Writing news, reports, and features about activities and projects — in Serbian and English.
- Designing and publishing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as our websites; preparing newsletters as needed.
- Preparing press releases, media announcements, and press materials; contact with newsrooms, story placement, and media monitoring.
- Planning communication and social media campaigns within projects, which may include synchronizing more complex campaigns with international partners.
- Editorial planning: content calendar, coordination with the project team, collecting statements, photo/video materials from events.
- Basic reporting on results (reach, engagement, basic KPIs), with suggestions for improvements.
What We Expect
- Excellent writing in Serbian and strong command of English (style for social media and longer formats: reports, press releases).
- Experience in PR/communications, journalism, or content marketing.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, precisely and within deadlines.
- Preferred: existing media contacts and proactive approach to topic placement.
Tools and Skills
- Canva (or similar tools), design, basic photo/video editing.
- WordPress (basic content publishing and editing).
- Understanding of social media analytics and basic metrics.

Work Conditions and Organization
- Remote work, with mandatory attendance at team meetings in the Novi Sad office 1-2 times per month. The office is available more frequently if needed.
- Engagement type and workload negotiable: freelance based on performance or part-time permanent employment (e.g., one day per week, or 25% of full-time, or more as needed).
- Compensation: negotiable.
