Kompetencija koju program razvija kod ciljne grupe:

  • Nastavnik predmetne nastave – osnovna škola – kompetencije nastavnika za uže stručnu oblast;
  • Nastavnik predmetne nastave – gimnazija – kompetencije nastavnika za uže stručnu oblast;
  • Nastavnik opšteobrazovnih predmeta – srednja stručna škola – kompetencije nastavnika za uže stručnu oblast;
  • Nastavnik opšteobrazovnih predmeta – u srednjoj umetničkoj školi (muzičke, baletske, likovne) – kompetencije nastavnika za uže stručnu oblast;
  • Nastavnik izbornih i fakultativnih programa/predmeta – kompetencije nastavnika za uže stručnu oblast

Prioritetna oblast:
Metodika rada sa učenicima kojom se podstiče razvoj funkcionalnih znanja, veština i stavova (učenje i nastava orijentisani na kompetencije i ishode, aktivno učenje, istraživačke metode, tematska nastava, projektno učenje)

Opšti ciljevi:
Upoznavanje nastavnika sa pojmom, uzrocima i posledicama Holokausta u skladu sa preporukama Međunarodne alijanse za sećanje na Holokaust, sa ciljem da se osposobe radi primene ove teme u procesu nastave i učenja.

Specifični ciljevi:

  • Upoznavanje sa pojmom antisemitizam prema definiciji i preporukama Međunarodne alijanse za sećanje na Holokaust
  • Upoznavanje sa pojmom antisemitizam u različitim kontekstima
  • Upoznavanje nastavnika sa uzrocima i posledicama pojave antisemitizma od starog veka do danas
  • Prepoznavanje antisemitizma, kao i drugih oblika diskriminacije i ksenofobije u pojavama savremenog sveta
  • Prepoznavanje antisemitizma u tradicionalnim i novim medijima
  • Upoznavanje sa savremenim dokumentima koja se odnose na ljudska prava
  • Korišćenje dodatnih nastavnih materijala o antisemitizmu za ostvarivanje ishoda i razvijanje kompetencija učenika (predmetna i opšte međupredmetne kompetencije).

Očekivani ishodi obuke:
Nastavnici će biti u stanju da:

  • koriste pojam antisemitizam u različitim kontekstima
  • objasne uzroke i posledice pojave antisemitizma od starog veka do danas
  • prepoznaju antisemitizam, kao i druge oblike diskriminacije i ksenofobije u pojavama savremenog sveta
  • izdvoje različite oblike govora mržnje u istorijskim i savremenim izvorima i navedu njegove negativne društvene posledice
  • koristeći odgovarajuće nastavne metode, dekonstruišu stereotipe zasnovane na antisemitizmu i drugim oblicima diskriminacije
  • poznaju i promovišu dokumenta savremenog sveta koja se odnose na ljudska prava
  • koriste nastavne materijale o antisemitizmu za ostvarivanje ishoda i razvijanje kompetencija učenika (predmetne i opšte međupredmetne kompetencije).

The methodology of working with students that encourages the development of functional knowledge, skills, and attitudes (learning and teaching with a focus on competencies and outcomes, active learning, research methods, thematic teaching, and project learning)

General objectives:
Introducing participants to the term, causes, and consequences of the Holocaust following the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance recommendations.

Specific objectives:

  • Introducing the terminology and defining Holocaust by the IHRA recommendations.
  • Understanding the causes and consequences of the Holocaust
  • Introducing teachers to the concept of Holocaust denial, distortion, and manipulation of history by IHRA definitions.
  • Identifying discrimination, xenophobia, and threats to human rights in contemporary society.
  • Contemporary resources related to teaching and learning about the Holocaust
  • Using teaching materials to achieve outcomes and develop competencies (topic oriented and general cross-curricular competencies).

Expected outcomes of the training:
Teachers will be able to:

  • define the term Holocaust in accordance with iHRA recommendations,
  • understand the causes and consequences of the Holocaust
  • recognize different forms of discrimination, xenophobia, and human right violations in contemporary society,
  • identify different forms of hate speech in historical and contemporary sources and explain its negative consequences,
  • identify contemporary sources and documents related to learning about the Holocaust
  • use teaching materials to achieve subject outcomes and develop student competencies,

  • recognize different forms of hate speech and antisemitism in historical and contemporary sources and explain its negative social consequences
  • using appropriate teaching methods, deconstructing stereotypes based on antisemitism and other forms of discrimination
  • identify and promote contemporary documents and resources related to human rights.
